Plasma is thermal energy, produced under extremely high temperature. In nature, plasma is created by lightning while the air around the lightning is heated to temperatures exceeding 20,000 degrees Celsius.

The process of plasma formation in the facility is carried out by a system of unique plasma torches.

The plasma is generated, by creating electric arcs between electrodes in the presence of superconducting gas (air) and compressing it. The plasma temperature generated in the facility can reach thousands of degrees Celsius.

The plasma heat is delivered at the desired temperature to the gasification facility for waste treatment purposes.
